New Chargers Added - Feb.25th - 26th, 2013 - Updates on PlugShare, CHAdeMO, and ChargePoint!


Quite a bit to share today! Plugshare is now tracking 15,427 Stations!

Over the last 24 hours - there have been new Public Chargers added to the PlugShare network, (Plus a couple new Restricted Stations), New Photos, and New home stations being shared. 

The totals tracked are: 

  • New Public Chargers Added =  11
  • New Restricted Stations added = 2
  • New Photos Added = 11 
  • New Home Stations Shared = 4

Thank you to those who checked-in to public stations today - extending your fuel free driving miles, and thanks to the providers of those stations! As reported on the Android Plugshare APP - 39 People Checked into Public EV Chargers today!

As a quick update - the DC Fast Charger, CHAdeMO Standard now has released this information today:

The number of CHAdeMO DC Quick charger installed up to today is 2959.

Also of interest - our only [Currently] Canadian Level 3, or DC Fast Charger, Locally - is an Eaton Fast Charger at Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada's head office: 2090 Matheson Blvd., East, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada! All the Plugs Busy? Scoot over to Nissan Canada Inc's Office at 5290 Orbitor Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, for a charge on one of their Level 2 Chargers!
